We are currently involved in a number of experiments that address fundamental issues in nuclear and particle physics. Research rotation projects are available for doing simulation studies of particle production using the simulation software GEANT (www.geant4.org). These simulations address particular aspects of a given experiment. Students learn how to model real physical situations and interpret the results. Some familiarity with C++ desired but not required.
