Abstract
Theoretical Progress and Experimental Tests Abstract: Explaining the origin of the visible matter of the universe is one of the outstanding problems at the interface of particle and nuclear physics with cosmology. It is possible that new physics at the electroweak scale my provide the necessary ingredients for successful baryogenesis. In this talk, I discuss recent theoretical developments in electroweak baryogenesis and their implications for experimental tests using both "table top" searches for permanent electric dipole moments and collider searches for new particles.
