and Magnetic Properties of Semiconductor Nanostructures
This is a five-year single investigator project to develop
new computer simulation techniques for quantum mechanical properties
of semiconductor nanostructures using Path Integral Monte Carlo methods.

Development and Application of Accurate Quantum Simulation Techniques
for Materials Design
The goal of this study was to develop new quantum Monte Carlo algorithms
for materials design with an emphasis on ab-initio simulation of magnetic
properties.
