Join a student organization

If you want to network with fellow students who are passionate about physics, we encourage you to join one of the clubs and organizations in the Department of Physics at Arizona State University. From learning time management and making new friends to building your resume and positioning yourself for future employment, the benefits of student involvement are numerous.

Society of Physics Students

The Society of Physics Students (SPS) is a professional physics association for students with an interest in physics. Our members include a diverse array of students in various fields of study, including chemistry, computer science, engineering, geology, math, medicine and more. Members within the association can be elected to join Sigma Pi Sigma, a nationally recognized honor society. Both parts of the organization operate within the American Institute of Physics.
